Well done to Cassidy Williamson on winning the 2013 ASA sub-youth 100m & 200m titles at the national championship recently held in Pretoria!

STEPUP500 raised R550 000

KZN disabled athlete Tyrone Pillay raised R550 000 for charity by climbing 500 steps to the top of Moses Mabhida stadium on Saturday the 20th of April 2013. The two main beneficiaries were CANSA Mkhuhla Care Home (KZN) and Jumping Kids.

Walking Coaching Clinic

A very successful walking coaching clinic was held at Hutchisonpark, Amanzimtoti, on Saturday the 13th of April. Organized by the walking commission, spearheaded by Julian Joseph, some 35 athletes ranging from juniors to masters attended this informative coaching session. League 2: Collegians Cross-Country
